BNI Networking Presentation
We are very confident when it comes to boiler repairs and installations.
We are less confident however when it comes to talking in front of an audience. Yet on Friday, that is exactly what we did.
On Friday morning, Wright Gas owner Jamie stood up in front of 60 other Glasgow Businesses in the BNI Networking group and presented to them running through powerpoint about who we are , what we do and how we can offer value to our customers.
We pride ourselves on following these four simple rules.
- We turn up on time.
- We treat our customers the way they should be treated.
- We give quality, honest advise.
- We get the job done!
That is the core of who we are and what we do. Being able to talk about this to our fellow BNI members and put a human element behind our company values is important to us. BNI is a worldwide networking organisation and is a lot more than just finding new business – it is about building a network. As a member of BNI in Glasgow, we benefit from the businesses around us in the chapter and likewise, we get to know the businesses in the room directly which allows us to refer them, should the opportunity arise to our customers. That way, we know that referrals are genuine and we are passing on the name of someone we ourselves trust enough to get the job done (just like we do).
We won’t lie, it was a bit nerve wracking having to talk in front of that many people but judging by the feedback received from those who attended, the event was a success.
Now that it is over – back to the real work of boiler repairs, servicing and installations.
