Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Hillington Park, 1 Ainslie Rd, Hillington, Glasgow G52 4RU
Salary: £12.50 per hour (overtime available)
Hours: 9am-2pm, Monday-Friday
About Us
We are a local, family run company working on boiler repairs, installations and annual servicing with aspirations to grow our business; and we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and proactive person to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating service calls for our engineers.
Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client information, service details, and financial transactions using our CRM system.
Document Management: Prepare and manage documentation, including quotes, invoices, and contracts.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies and order stock as needed.
Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a plumbing or heating company.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer Focus: Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
